Formally, the Helping Hands Groups, pupils decided they wanted some whole school time dedicated to improving and helping the community. This includes aspects of community closer to home as well as aspects of the wider world community they are part of. This allows them to develop their understanding of global issues as effective contributors and responsible citizens.
